What are with so many yoni products?
Anyone from Boston Consulting Group Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working in non-consulting - Technology/Engineering/Global Services?
How's the work life balance? Glassdoor reviews are full of "long working hours" and hence wanted to know if it's the same with non-consulting folks as well? How far is it true across the organisation?
Please help me shed some light to decide.
Thanks.

It’s a true skill to be able to prioritize yourself and it will make you a better lawyer. You can’t run on empty without something breaking down.
How many years of experience do you have? You get more efficient over time and learn to manage your work. I travel frequently (both for work and otherwise), and I almost always work the whole plane ride, work from my phone while in Uber or train, and get drafting done in the early morning so I can enjoy the rest of my “days off.” Admittedly, I usually have my laptop close by at all times for emergencies (mostly for my own peace of mind). I generally do not fully disconnect because I find it easy enough to stay on top of email from my phone (this works for me personally, but I know others disagree). My team is great about giving me space when I use my out of office message though, and they all know to text or call if something is actually urgent. I also use a portable monitor, which makes working from a hotel or coffee shop significantly better.
I’m 5 years in and haven’t figured out how to truly step away more than 2-3 days without having to work some or just bite the bullet and deal with a bunch of stuff when I return.
