How are you guys thinking about booking appointments for 1st time H1B stamping? Every time I open the site, there are no slots available for 2022. I’m sure majority of you have faced the same. Also, heard that some people have reached out to agents and got their booking done via them. Is that even a safe option? At this point of time, having being waiting for appointments for months, I wonder if there’s any other option ?

Is it difficult to move without a reference. I got all the skills needed in current job market. But looks like getting a job call itself is difficult.
Or is it because of My H1B visa status.

Is a person who is promoted to Manager in September eligible for L1-A visa in October, if he or she has worked for little more than a year in another country?

How long does I-140 preparation take? From the moment they receive the hard copy PERM doc to the moment they mail out the application? Can this be done technically under 2 days if law firm obeys?

Can only deposit USD in NRE accounts but I can send through Remitly/ Xoom to NRE account? Doesn’t remitly convert USD to INR before sending. What am I missing?
