If I tell my lender that I'm a non-Permanent Resident Alien, would there be any issues vis a vis rates? or actual approval?

I recently got a job offer for summer 2022 internship from PwC which got cancelled because they were not sponsoring. I’m an international student and currently looking for Data Analytics/Data Science internship roles. Would be grateful if anyone could suggest some companies where I can apply without my F1 visa being an issue.

My visa stamping expired June 2022 but already have an extension approval up until June 2024. I am planning to travel to India in February 2022 and back to US in a month.
1. Will there be any issue with traveling back with only 3-4 months left on visa stamping?
