As a client? Murder.
So they are based in Korea and the time zones mean some evening calls. They work to tight time scales and they change their minds. That’s true of any tech or telco client. You would get the same from Google or T-Mobile. The good side to working with Samsung: They are ambitious. They hire the best people, most with global experience on the best brands.
