How could I prepare to transition as a UX Researcher with a background in HR and Master’s degree in Org Psychology?

Needed suggestions from you guys. Currently I am working in TCS,having 1.2 years of experience with CTC 7.5 lpa. I am confused if I need to do M.tech or MBA or just do company switch after some time periods. Which will be more efficient in salary perspective?

Whether I should do m.tech in cs or mba in HR or just keep on switching?

I would love to get into provider credentialing, but all employers I've looked at want at least 3 years of experience. So, I'm looking at Provider Network Coordinator roles, because I'm finding some of those roles don't need AS MUCH experience. I'm a RHIT, and have been working in healthcare for nearly 10 years.

Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.

1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Would it look bad on my resume?
