While it appears entrepreneurship was deemed a necessity, Black women were the largest group of new business owners closely followed by Latina women. These businesses have high growth potential but why is access to finding still a barrier?

I work in tax and with TCJA and CARES (extra work) and not enough resources (not hiring, people were still quitting, and layoffs). Also with blurred lines of work/home since covid, I’m at my computer from wake up to bed time, usually midnight. I have always had stress, but that has recently escalated to full blown anxiety. Do you guys think things will level out or will the firms try to keep taking advantage of everyone’s increased utilization?

I started last October as a junior (moved over after 3 years in B4 accounting). Have worked nearly every day since then except for the occasional Sunday when I decided to blow off work I probably should have been doing.
