Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

I’ve had interns on my teams over a handful of cycles. For me, the number one thing is showing growth over the summer. You take feedback well, you meaningfully implement that feedback, and the next time you do a task it’s always better than the last time you did it. Raise your hand when you need help, but make it clear you put good effort into figuring it out yourself first. Over time, you’re able to figure out more on your own and the help you ask for is more advanced. If you’ve meaningfully improved from where you started, it’s my expectation that will continue when you join full time.
It should probably go without saying, but do the table stakes stuff like being a team player, being polite and professional, working hard, showing interest in the topic. Those alone won’t get you an offer, but I’ve seen otherwise brilliant people blow it because of those things.

What office is this? Some are more competitive than others, but in general: No task is beneath you, even if it is noteaking, do it well. Listen to your analysts (they are extremely smart), and try to make your managers life as easy as possible.
At offices like NYC and SF, you generally have a lot of people from top schools (Wharton, GSB, HBS, etc) who are not only strong, but also have alumni in top positions that can advocate/go to bat for them during hiring decisions. Centeris Paribus, it can be an advantage at times.
