How do y’all stay motivated at work when you’re going to leave for school?

How do you respond to a super close friend who says they're not making masks mandatory at their June wedding (about 150 guests) because they want to have fun. To be fair, most people are vaccinated but not everyone os going to be vaccinated. I haven't been to any large gatherings in pver a year and even though im vaccinated, i don't think this is safe. Are people are generally careful? I dont think so... am i overthinking this?

Do you prefer a 4 day work week or 5 day work week? And why do you prefer it?

I truly will never get people who turn the AC on full blast but will be fully wrapped up in blankets and complain that they’re cold.

Has your employer asked you to relocate at the office location yet? If not, do you have a date from them? Or are you the lucky one to get permanent WFH?
