Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

I own minimal individual stocks. I don't set stop losses because I've been burned in the past. You read financial reports and check monthly for any big news. If you're trading on publicly available information, you're already too late for most of it to matter anyhow.
I set up trailing stops and alerts on my brokerage app for price swings or volume spikes. I use Yahoo Finance for basic news alerts and have updates go straight to my phone. Once or twice a week, I block off 30 minutes at night to review news and earnings calendars for names I own. It’s not perfect, but it keeps me on top of anything major without constant screen-watching.
Join any discord, set up alerts on twitter accounts alerting movements and setup trading view . All the best
