Honestly I had a similar problem and finally managed to talk to my doctor about it got a lot of things figured out (sleeping disorder and a few other things) and was able to put myself back together. But I did have to reduce my hours for a bit while I patched myself up
talking to a good dr. is great. Diet and sleep are the keys to all of it. If you eat healthy and get good rest you will be amazed what your body can do. On the sleep side try sleep meditation look up Jason Stephenson from Australia is awesome. Find him on Youtube or podcast him. Diet is however, is the most important. If you eat right it will give you much more energy. Might take time but you will get there.
Remember to put yourself first Jo job is worth your health but take things slow make sure you take breaks and generally take care of yourself
