How much yearly hike can one expect at Société Générale ?
"Depends on performance" seems to be a very vague answer.
Can someone please elaborate on a better answer.
Also, Can someone shed some light on promotions?
Is there any policy, like you have to work for X years to be eligible for promotion etc.
Thanks in advance.

You should look into the platform “ClassPass”. Most major U.S cities have a large presence of fitness studios and facilities listed on the platform and you pay for the service on a membership credit system. I absolutely love it because of the flexibility - it allows for booking classes at different studios and locations.
That’s good to know and probably a good idea to try to wait to book until you know you can go. Thanks!
Climbing gyms have extensive reach across major cities, if you have the luxury/desire to try something new
I have some friends that love their climbing gyms. Traveling is kind of a good chance to give something new like that a try.
I have a couple membership with big chains (Life Time, LA fitness) that I use at home and for travel. Unfortunately some cities don’t have these chains or are too far away to regularly be practical.
Most cities, even the small ones in the middle of nowhere, have a 24 hour fitness, anytime fitness, or planet fitness that offer pretty cheap daily passes.
Thanks, I’ll check those out! Some of the gyms I’ve looked at have daily passes that cost half as much as the monthly membership so kind of assumed most were that way.
Has anyone had any luck recruiting a coworker to join them? I’ve thought having someone else on the team to make sure you leave the office at a good time would be so helpful.
Sometimes doing team fun with the whole team at a gym is my go to ! That and trying to book a hotel with a good gym, because realistically after I'm done with work it's the middle of the night and we start super early, so it's impossible to actually go to a real gym when traveling, at least for me
Like you said it can be so hard to actually get to a gym when traveling and working 12-16 hr days. There’s a point where I have to prioritize sleep over a crappy, sleep deprived workout just to do it
