To me this is utterly useless. I thrive by leveraging some of my ADHD not fighting it entirely. I know that I can’t do one task for a long time so I just keep a few things going and avoid procrastination by procrastinating each thing by doing a different thing. If I block time I won’t be as productive because I’m just trying to get to the end of the block and I get anxious if my schedule changes
Sometimes yes. As long as nothing distracts me. But you have to be realistic with your time blocks. I feel like putting on a 20 min timer with a small short term goal works better for me
I get anxious when my schedule changes and I’m unable to adhere to the time blocks I created. I prefer to have a general list of things that I expect to get done in a day.
