also - nobody ever asks an influencer "what are you doing in the next 6 months and how can we heighten your experience?" - give that a try and I'm sure many new and exciting doors will open, but will also help you ensure that the influencer is living the brands lifestyle, ensuring a super organic partnership.

agree w vp of marketing - it's all about collaboration. I feel like the industry still thinks of influencers as a medical channel, but they're people first and foremost with lots of insights and creative capabilities!

Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Additionally, I am currently a JAG attorney and studying for my CAMS, hoping to take that exam in the next month or two. Any advice or referrals for anyone I can talk to learn more about the field? I’m a former forensic scientist that left the field several years ago. I recently received a subpoena from a case I worked and suggested to DA to have evidence re-worked by the lab or stipulation. If I am required to testify (as an expert witness), I would need to book a flight, hotel, etc. My question is this: can I ask for my requested hourly rate, travel, and hotel to be covered when speaking with DA or is that “not how this works” as the investigator put it?
