Hi all, recently in touch by Spotify recruiter for a Sec Engineer position for remote EU and was told that range was 60-80 out of base salary and equity. Had 2 years of security experience out of my 4 years. Was also told that there is no bonus scheme or no sign in bonus 😕 Not sure how I feel about this tbh.
What do you think?

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

You can but unless your staying with family/ friends seems kinda a waste if you actually still working. Not really understanding your question on how you manage it. It’s pretty simple you either work 8 hrs a day or you use PTO.
Travel for personal or for business?
If business then you do standard business travel when needed.
If for personal then... well... I guess I still don't understand. If you need to travel for any reason then you get on an airplane and do a travel.
Technically there are tax implications for performing work in different US states. If you run into a situation where you can't claim legal residency where you've told your firm your home is then that's trouble. Other than that, as long as you are working and not missing deliverables then nobody will care if you travel a bit in country. Out of country is a different story. Talk to your HR about that. Client and firm restrictions will limit you.
Not a big hassle. I just let my teams know I’ll be working different hours but that I’m available outside of those hours if an emergency arises.
I have a friend who would do workcations - spend days at weworks and nights exploring a new city
You can not work internationally unless on an international project e.g. you can work overseas on a us project
Is anyone aware of any remote openings?
