Resume keeps getting rejected at Atlassian
I recently applied at multiple positions at Atlassian but my application keeps getting rejected. Before switching to my current org , i had given Atlassian interview for frontend in April and i using the exact same resume just with the update of current org. I Had cleared all rounds back then but was rejected without any feedback i am confident i will clear it this time can someone help me with the resume review?

Sometimes it’s a hard pill to swallow that someone else was selected over you for a promotion. Realize this likely isn’t about you, it’s about their feelings about their own lack of progress. So be humble and kind and let them settle into your being their new manager.
Are these people you've worked with as colleagues, and now you are their leader? Respect for one another in the workplace, as humans who are teammates, is a given. Professionalism should be the bare minimum. Beyond that, what are you doing differently now to earn their trust as their new leader?
You'll only get respect by earning it. However you do that is up to you. But you can't just demand respect because you hold a particular position. Your work will have to speak for itself. Don't resent having to prove yourself, that's just the way it works.

Happen all the time. You just have to be patient and prove that you are better.
