Just had my principal call me in to talk for 30 minutes about how my manager is disappointed with my work. My manager has said nothing to me at all. I just want to cry and scream. CONT’D

Last Friday someone accidentally sent me an inappropriate video featuring my boss behaving quite badly outside of the office but mentioning work. 🤔 They know I have it and nothing was said this week. Business as usual. I have no questions, just sharing.

A company didn’t follow through with a scheduled intro phone call. I emailed during the time scheduled to see if something had come up & after as well to reschedule. No one answered me or followed up. I can’t help but feel like this is a little red flag. If you can’t follow though on an intro call… what’s your HR & the rest of the company doing? 😬
