Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

Definitely both. A manager is a functional title to say you are responsible for the decisions but a leader doesn't have to be a manager to take initiatives, think about the overall situation in a way that benefits the goal, and can be part of a team.
A leader is often seen as being supporting people over a manger but it is not necessarily true: a leader can support a cause or an objective but inspire his people to join in, even if they disagree.
A leader can be a manager but a manager is not always a leader.
