This is my struggle now. I have lots of experience up and down the supply chain and I am back in the job market after a dozen or so years. I am applying for jobs that are at equal to or more junior to what I am doing now, and I am not getting any calls. I don't know if AI is being used as a fast pass due to the number of applicants that I see applying for the roles, but I think it is screening out a lot of good candidates. I was rejected from a position that is the same exact role I have now because I didn't have the right experience. This tells me it was an AI screening and not a human. All I can do is keep applying and hope a match can be made.

Had this struggle til I had AI restructure my resume to what another AI would pick up I started getting calls ever since although it’s frustrating we have to adapt or get left behind.
AI has it’s place, but is being way overused! It is being used as a crutch by so many, especially individuals who want to find an easy way out!
AI cannot replace common sense and intuition!
I love AI. it builds up your courage to post for a job but for me I don't find any luck that I love it. and it also makes your resume stands out so I can say thank you. AI
It’s terrible and just makes it a game of who can put the most keywords into their resume. This process doesn’t allow hiring teams to see the full breadth of a persons experience anymore. Sometimes it’s actually better for candidates to have experience that doesn’t match exactly. Allows for more diversity of thought.

I feel like the best way to get in now is keep track of your application and follow up until they see you're interested
