Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. Also, any information regarding retirement planning or medical/dental benefits would be helpful. Haven’t gotten much out of HR. Thanks in advance!

McKinsey & Company I am joining the McKinsey & Company Boston office in late July and searching for housing in the meantime. If I could get some insight on the ratio of days in the office vs work from home that would be super helpful!
If I need to come into the office regularly I will try to find a place close by.

You’re an associate where?
I'm over in the East Coast (NYC/Philly (
Highly dependant on location.
Typically they will be a little lower than the big pharma in the area, with a significantly lower base/bonus but the potential upside in equity.
West coast is were I am more familiar and you should be in the $310-350k for director level.
Usually going to a startup, the trade-off is lower risk weighted pay (but significantly higher variability), but a higher title and more responsibility. You might get the same pay with the improved title.
Associate to director? Something isn’t adding up

Honestly that’s a good offer. Big pharma D comp will be 200-220 base; 20% bonus; ~50k RSUs
