Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Launch a startup, get funded, have a good relationship with the VC leadership, have the startup fail or be acquired then move on to the VC firm. It helps if you have a history of entrepreneurship and good connections. If you get acquired for a decent sum of money then you can start your own VC firm. If you opt for the fail route, do it well, ie don’t flame out but engineer a takeover or something. Make sure that either some money is made or there is a return of principal invested.
