I’m an L6 SDM at Amazon but a Meta recruiter sent me an M2 sdm job description. I have all the XP I need from previous job experience but does Meta keep your same level as Amazon? Meaning if I am an L6 at Amazon am I automatically interviewing at M1 or can I jump to an M2?Amazon Facebook (Meta)

I tried to apply for 2 to 3 jobs per day instead of doing marathon application sessions. I find those burn me out and leave me frustrated. But I could handle one, two, even three per day.

Three per day when you're working full time is a lot. Good for you!
I try to set aside time in the evenings to deal with the job search, and also time on the weekends. It does get frustrating and boring and exhausting. The reality is that going through the grunt work of job searching is all that's going to help me to find something better, so I just plow on ahead. When I get to the point where I can't handle it, I'll stop for a few days before getting back to it.
