How did you choose the MF and stocks?
None of the filters you used are indicating future growth potential. In fact they are usually the opposite. D/E is good but needs to be used along with ROE and ROCE. OPM of its stagnant doesn't mean anything. Stock market rewards growth not well running stagnant business. And I think just applying a bunch of ratio cuts is not going to give you good stock picks. You need to do full financial analysis of the companies that you Identity through those cuts, formulate/read stories and then invest. It's a tedious exercise which requires effort and experience. Better to stick with MFs if you don't have the skill or intent to spend a few years learning. Plus evaluating an equity portfolio in 6 months is like evaluating a baby born after an year of what it could become after growing up!
If you just started, 6 months is too short a time period to evaluate performance
Too early to judge the performance!
Even a blind bet in this bull market on Monday can give you a good return by Friday.
Also the MF’s that you have selected are too safe to even understand what this market and compounding has to offer.
Golden advice:
Invest via SIP in a Index Mutual fund with low expense ratio (TER). I’m confident that this investment will beat your Active MFs and Stocks in the long run. (5yrs+)
