how do you get market access experience when every market access role wants someone with market access experience?

I suppose the same question could be asked of healthcare or pharma. I kind of lucked out there myself. but it seems like market access is this weird niche within a niche within a niche.

I was working in IT but my role tag was BPS. How much time it will take to get my role tag changed. It's been 1.4 years since I joined the company. Any suggestions?

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

What are salary rates for an Art Director in NYC these days? $90k $80k?
