I applied to a job opening on Accenture site on Nov. 16. Around Dec 16, my profile got rejected, without any calls or emails. I was told that I could apply only after 6 months. So, I replied on May 20th (6 months from Nov. 16). I got a message saying that the profile already exists. So, I waited for some more time and applied on June 18tg. This is the message I got [We already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources] How long do I still need to wait?
I have joined Infosys 2 weeks back. They have mapped me to a certain project but everyday I am getting calls for the skill sets that don't match to my current skill set. They are telling me to attend client interview and giving me just 1 week of time to prepare for a totally new technology.

In short, no.
If it’s for a role hiring one person (example: HR Analyst for Chicago office) they will finish all interviews before making offer. You will get your results after all candidates finished (could be weeks).
If it’s for a role hiring lots of people (ex: Associate in Chicago office, where Associate is a generalist consultant), they will make offers on rolling basis. If you’re in interview pipeline you will still get fair chance and same evaluation. You will get your results in 1-2 days. They won’t start you in interview process if pool of slots is full.

Aaah M1 not sure if I fully agree. It’s definitely more competitive at the end of the cycle (assuming the role has a cycle, e.g. Asc, BA). I’ve been in R2 decision rooms.
