Do not answer her anyway even if you know the answers make sure she goes through education first and there’s a check off sheet you make sure she knows how to do everything off on that check off sheet and then you can sign your initials to it. Otherwise, you’re just waiving your nursing license in the air and the hospital will just get rid of you and say, what could you have done better don’t be a statistic.
Does your company have formal training? Could it be they are just very eager to learn? Are they bored? Did their manager ask them to learn what you do? If that’s their own initiative this is your chance to delegate things you don’t enjoy doing, and spend your time taking some things off your managers plate.
Nurse… where did this person say this had anything to do with the nursing field? Also it’s so bizarre to hear someone providing advice to NOT help your colleagues.
