My I797 expired, however I have 10 months remaining on initial 6 year period. I’m looking for opportunities in US for getting H1B/L1. I’m open for positions in India initially as well. it happens when i first started out getting into IT. There were a lot of young recruiters with 0 empathy or understanding.
Why it's important to have workers who actually care about what they do. Especially in the field of recruitment or HR.

I am currently an insurance agent, but I have experience in IT. I am trying to pivot into tech sales. The whole time the recruiter was asking why I left IT and why I didn't want to stay in IT. I gave her a valid reason, but it was sufficient for her.
Yes, i agree. I have interviewed for the past 2 weeks and i have never had this experience. I felt like she had no interest in hearing me out.
Interrogated? OK. That's one approach....I mean I get it. You have to get to the bottom of gaps and career changes. But there is definitely a certain way to approach it so it doesn't feel like interrogation or hostile.
Yes.. and i answer them but we kept circling back.. different strokes for different folk i guess
