I’d rather have a homeless person defecate in my mouth

Mckinky I think you gone to far. Pls fix.
Live in Chicago and honestly this my only fear. I would be fine to go into the office everyday at 100% capacity tomorrow, but I’m not taking the L until I either have had it or there is a vaccine.
“taking the L” is an apt description

Depends on the results of my antibody test. Latest samples show that 20% of symptom free NYCers tested had antibodies. I think I’ve already had it - minor fevers 6 weeks ago. Can’t wait to get out and about again.
Where did you get it done? I’m going to head to a CityMD for one this week. My husband was exposed to someone for weeks, near daily, that likely had it. We think he and I may have lucked out and been asymptomatic back in February. We want to be tested to know if that’s the case. If we have antibodies that would be amazing!

I suspect an entire industry to spring to life to get people cleanly and safely to their offices - just like the fancy services in SF.
Not taking subway until there is a vaccine. Also shelter in place won’t end in May. Phase 1 starts May 15 in NY state and that doesn’t even include NYC. We don’t qualify yet based on hospitalization and new case rates.
I’ve been doing any necessary travel by bike so I guess it would be time to figure out my biking commute.

I miss the subway but I think it will take more then end of May for most people to ride it comfortably. Ridership will come back but will not be right away - thinking a few months of pandemic decline before subways are back to close to full ridership.
If all our trains were outdoors I would be less worried. But our tunnels make them disease spreaders.
Looks like I’ll be learning to navigate our bus system. 😀
I’ll definitely be driving into NYC and self-park when I absolutely have to be in town.

If I can’t walk anywhere, I am going to be remote
Nyc will just end up being the abandoned city it was destined to be? I can’t think of when I’ll ever go back there.
I have no problem with public transportation. In my view the risk is all very low unless you have underlying conditions.
I took the subway yesterday. It was empty. I wore a mask and didn't sit down.
