I had a real problem with that years ago. I would hear feedback and think of it as a personal attack. It took me a while to understand that it was meant in the right spirit and it was intended to help me improve. I'd advise someone to consider feedback seriously, and incorporate what makes sense into your work.

One thing that’s helped me is pausing before reacting. In the moment I try to focus on understanding the feedback rather than defending myself - asking clarifying questions if needed. Later, I reflect on what parts are actionable and what I can learn from it. Separating the feedback from my identity makes it easier to use it for growth.

I always feel a little bitter for a day or two after. It's not logical and I don't act on it in any way, I just have an unpleasant knee jerk reaction that I have never been able to break. But I remind myself that they're telling me because they care enough to help me get better at my job, and as long as I respect the person who gave me the constructive criticism, I usually apply it.

Hi Everyone, I am trying to apply for a Technical Support role at Dropbox I’m entering all the required fields but there seems to be an issue, when I hit submit after filling the form, it doesn’t submit and throws error ‘Looks like you left this blank! Please fill out this required field’ when all the fields are entered already (I have checked so many times, and filled the form from scratch several times too).
