How do you manage the non-stop context switching needed to manage 3-4 active clients + 2 BD efforts/pursuits on any given day? Between 4

Please share any tips for a fellow SM struggling with trying to be everywhere for every PPMD and not being very successful at it.

Maybe it's specific days of week or specific hours of day for specific clients? Maybe color coding your calendar to track client calls? Perhaps other strategies?

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . The CPE courses that i pursued on june 30 got credited to next fiscal year

I raised a complaint to the us learner team and they reverted my credit points back to be compliant as of june 30th 2021

Today am shockingly getting an emAil that i am non compliant. In the system, my points have been again moved to next fiscal year

Please advice what to do. I have emailed them. But there is no phone number to seek help
