Don’t you write the “why” in the proposal, typically it’s binary then there’s some additional kpis you can slap on in the name of cost, speed, etc
Reductive assessments are commonplace and as a result, miss the organic details with thinking and process.
We have a survey that is sent but even more compelling to me is when a participant goes out of their way in a 1:1 or small group setting to say “You have really gone above and beyond my expectations.”
Their leadership and my leadership may or not give me high praise but when the worker bee does then I feel I have achieved success and made my mark. So be it!
I track what percentage of my recommendations are actually implemented by the healthcare organization and also collect feedback through surveys or interviews to gauge overall satisfaction. I also take it as a great metric for success when clients decide to engage my services for multiple projects or refer me to others!
