How do you prove to a small business that you’re not too corporate to handle their messy, manual books? Coming from Big 4. I had an interviewer tell me they were worried I’d just delegate everything to a junior instead of doing the work myself. It’s frustrating because I’ve worked harder in the last three years than most people do in a decade.

I have recently received an offer letter from PwC and have signed and accepted the offer (via Workday portal).
Now when I check the tasks against the job on workday, I can see no tasks pending and under completed tasks: a green tick against 'review and sign offer letter (step complete)' (and I can see the offer)
I am told that I would receive onboarding emails from HR, but I haven't yet.
My DoJ is in the fourth week of July. When do we generally expect these communications?

Today a start up SaaS company called and when i gave my base salary expectation (which i thought would be wildly out of range) it was not even a flinch and “well within range” no wonder there’s a staffing shortage at pwc, these guys are throwing money at us, and I’m in marketing!!!!!
