I accepted a FADP offer but I have lifelong crippling anxiety It leads to (TMI) diarrhea, I can’t sleep at night, among a lot of other issues. I see a therapist and have their support in school accom. I appear high functioning and ever since uni went remote my life and performance has only improved. I know I’m capable of getting the work done and they must see potential if they hired me. But I feel that if I ask for WFH or other accom. I’m gonna be shooting myself and my career in the foot.

However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. Low billable, low pressure work in privacy law? Slowly realizing that as my boys get older, the money isn’t worth what I’m missing out on. Currently a tech litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm.
