Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

The new company I’m at now sent me an email from an email address that was HR@companyName.careers saying I was accepted for the position. They gave me paperwork to fill out and sign to accept the position
I fill out the paperwork and send it back to them and it goes through… then a few days later I go back to the email to say something else and I get this…?
Then today I got a check from the company In the mail to setup my home office, and it’s signed by someone I’ve never met before or heard of…?
What…..

What are with so many yoni products?
Cringe or nah (pt1)?

Some Berlin companies are open to English only speakers and offer relocation. I am going through the process next month with a start-up and am a MarTech worker.
People move across the ocean all the time. If you don't speak any other language you will be limited to the UK, the Nordic and maybe the Netherlands. For other countries you might survive working for large corporations but it is difficult.
Agree with the above. Would also add, Luxembourg is also an option for those with English only language (Recently moved from the UK to Lux)
Kpmg is open for non German speakers, if there is a strong case and you know someone who can gelp you from the inside. I have seen it happen thrice and I am with the company only since 1 year. I also know that PwC has a minimum quota of international people that need to work in a country where they are not resident. I think with the Big 4 you can try your luck, just ask here on fishbowl for an expicit referral for a marketing role (would gladly help myself, but am not in marketing)
Also for any questions, feel free to dm me
You need to find companies that have English as the company language, like Tour Radar. I think PwC in Germany was going to move to English as the company language otherwise it’s rough (when I was there onboarding and trainings were only provided in German 😑)
