How do you shift from chasing money to attracting it? My family is growing, and it’s getting harder to make ends meet. We live simply, but even a local trip takes months to save for. My husband just lost a client, and with a 7-month-old baby plus two kids in school, my paycheck still isn’t enough. I need to find an extra $500 this month to cover debts. How do you stop chasing and start attracting income?

Just became an ACD. Im in a limbo. Half of the time im being treated as a Super Senior AD and the other half im being treated as a Almost CD. Then when im scoped over work that my CD and I oversee, some people are asking me how does my role differ from the CD’s, as they tend to look at me as an unnecessary layer for approvals. In a way, i do the job so well that i get asked to do more AD projs and guide more projs — but then: wtf does my CD do? They mostly just 👍🏻what i direct n approve
