How do you slow down at work. I am a first year partner and I feel like I am doing too much at work. I feel I have to keep doing more. My numbers are great but I am competitive by nature and I always have this urge to sell more work while I see other PMDs are content when they have something going on, doesn’t matter how big or small those projects are.

Does anyone really, really love their job? Or do you just do it to pay bills and get to the weekend? I'm curious how many people actually truly love what they do
