How does initial Google program manager phone interview differ from Amazon’s?

I have first round coming up with both and have been focusing on leadership principles of amazon and crafting my stories around them.

Does google ask only tell me about a time style questions as well or do they have more direct questions? Any tips greatly appreciated. Google

Hi All, i am CA currently working with Deloitte USI i got an offer from Zscaler for SEC reporting team for senior analyst post for chandigarh at 17LPA fixed no bonus no stocks. My Promotion is due in deloitte in June 23 after promotion fixed plus bonus will surpass current offer of Zscaler. I doubt if i make a switch to industry it will be difficult for me to Join big 4 again
what should i do should i switch or stay at deloitte? please suggest
