- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

I bagged an offer letter from Global Logic, for Automation Testing, but after connecting with team got to know they are using out dated tools for testing but while interviewing they asked about the latest tools which there in the market.

I haven't received offer letter even after waiting for more than 16 days, i have given more than 10 interviews till now and have 4 offers but this one is taking a lot time giving a high rise to my expectations but am losing hope from this..can anyone suggest how much time usually it takes to roll out letter...please.

Relevant experience is same in C#, .NET, .NET APIs and Web Services, MVC, MS SQL Server, T-SQL, etc. I have been working in Agile model (Scrum) through tools like JIRA, Confluence. I also have experience in Batch Scripting for creating small-mid scale monitoring tools as I have experience in L3 Technical Support. Have used MS Office, ServiceNow, etc for reporting.
