How does in-n-out compare to shake shack? Worried I won’t get to experience it before the apocalypse hits

Disagree with the above. In-n-out is a really good fast food burger. Think Wendy’s but better. Shake shack has higher quality meat and the burger is overall better. 5 guys is superior to all.

Disagree on the last point. The burgers there at 5 guys isn't good. The only thing that gives them a leg up is that you can add toppings to cover up the taste. And yes, I've tried then several times and still don't like them.

Burgers at In N Out are better, shakes and fries add better at the Shake. Overall both are amazing

I’m sorry I like everything at Shake Shack better in the locations in Hollywood and NYC. In is out for me. The burgers and fries are always so dry and tasteless to me and everything has to be animal style to even approach a Wendy’s. And the shakes taste artificial...In is all hype imo and I’m a west coast native 🙈😭

Shake Shack is way better IMO. In-and-out has dry, thin patties & the animal style sauce is meh...it’s crappy thousand island. Shake Shack burgers are thicker, always juicy, taste better, and Shack sauce is incredible

Has anyone as landlord got money from the rental assistance program in New York? My tenants has started delaying paying rent way before Covid, but we cut them some slack bc they said it’s bc their grandfather died. When Covid happened, we are still trying to collect missing rent from the past. But then they came up with all the excuses, such as son has asthma, that same grandfather now is sick, etc. And then they just stopped paying completely, said the government will pay for everything.
