I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .

If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? Let me tell you, I love the flexibility at my firm, OK pay, and I do a great job, and am comfortable pushing back when I have too much work . BUT managers are terrible at planning and recently end up putting me in preventable situations where I need to work 55 hrs or have the staff work the 55 hours.
