Do you submit fake rental receipts and owner pan card detail for HRA? Is it normal ? I see most people does in my team. They submit parents or spouse pan card number as owner pan card number to get HRA. Is it same everywhere?

I know they say you burn bridges if you leave during a busy time, but how should that really sway my decision to leave? I want to change industries and move to another city. Is the CPA designation worth it? For me it would take me 1 year of PREP courses and 2 years of PEP until i can write the CFE. And I am 27 years old right now. Also wondering if it would be crazy to pursue the CPA while learning how to code to be a developer as well?
