Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.
What will be in hand?

As someone who spent a long time at Deloitte before coming to Accenture I would say the biggest difference is: nobody gives a Sh!t about what you need to get done. People will gaslight you, pretend like things are not their job, pretend like what you are asking is unclear, anything to prevent themselves from having to help you. Even when what you are working on directly benefits them, they will do everything in their power to avoid you, and then act surprised and get upset when they don't feel adequately involved. Additionally, power distance is much higher here. People are completely unwilling to challenge bad ideas of leadership, so people would rather watch things fail than stand up for what's right for the client.
