Can anyone explain the levels at Google? I’m a consultant with 1.5 years of consulting experience and 5 years of industry pre MBA experience. Spoke with someone at Google about analytical lead role that I think would be leveled at 4 or 5? Thoughts on applying vs waiting it out to get promoted to project leader in 6 months and making move then?
