New Hire Stocks - 40k

Sign on bonus - 10k

Can people here please suggest on what side I should negotiate?

How do you keep up/in touch with your network? Mine barely post anything on LinkedIn, so commenting on their posts is out of the question, and apparently it's impolite to just message or email them if the job searcher doesn't have anything to share besides asking for a referral or opening. If I don't have any relevant information to share with them, what should I do?

Does anyone else struggle with being a freelancer while also being a natural leader? I am still on the process of getting my work permit and I am very clear about this during the interviews, but I suspect that this is the reason why I am not getting any call back. When I onboarded they told me to expect promotion to EE III in about a year.
