This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Its quite impossible to get 62L for 14+ years, It depends on your current ctc. As long as you are billable in any service based companies you are safe. work life balance is dependent on project and for me its good as my client is good. Whats your current ctc?

Do you have IIIT/IIM long program certificate? Or any other certification? Or are you immediately available? Also please confirm what grade are they giving you? 62 at 14 is not as rare as dragon in today's time at 14YOE

Definitely not from Deloitte, things are shaky in consulting right now everywhere due to the fragility of the market but cap invent was never a professionally run consulting firm. Workload and fluidity/fast paced and uncertain nature of work is always to be expected in consulting and i believe that is little reason to move from one firm to another. However here it is pretty much staff augmentation throughout, without any care or consideration for the consultant. The work you will do here is absolute bottom of the barrel that will leave you redundant after a couple of years.
