It is my first professional health coach job & they did not require temps to have a coaching certification, but I have one. I’d like to know if temps could negotiate salary when given the job offer. During Bosch HR round, I've conveyed my salary expectations. The HR for once, didn't argue the figure quoted. Instead just said, that the offer would be released post approval from business head.

Now, I've filled in firststeps portal details as well. When should I expect the offer to be released? And how frequently should i follow up with the recruiter?
Also, does not countering my demands of requisite salary mean that they'll provide the figure I've asked for?. Kindly suggest.
