How is wlb and job security in EY pune in sap domain for manager level ?

I accepted an offer a few weeks ago at a consulting firm, I start mid April, but now I feel the salary is low and I should’ve negotiated more. Can I still negotiate even if I already signed the offer?

I need some insight. Just had a phone interview for a management job in healthcare. I felt comfortable and felt like the interview went well. I ask questions and the ACNO said that I asked great questions. They said that they had other interviews to do as well but said the next step is to bring me in for an on-site interview (I live 1,000 miles away) and that the recruiter would be reaching out. Thoughts? I’m going to drive myself crazy analyzing everything.

I have switched from 12 LPA to 26 LPA on feb 2022 as my first switch with IC role as ETL developer . Now looking for data architect role. I have a manager level interview coming up. Cloud DevOps role. YOE: 11. Current CTC: 19. Already holding an offer for 36. Do you guys think EY GDS will match it. I am planning to play it safe by not revealing counter offer figure to manager, but later reveal it to HR during salary discussion. Is this a good strategy. Anyone here joined EY GDS recently

What was WFH scenario in EY GDS before covid?
My joining is in March, is it mandatory to join office , I am working from outside GDS location.
