Is it common to offer signing bonuses for product managers? I've only worked in small companies and I'm currently interviewing at a much larger company. I am expecting an offer this week, but the salary isn't quite where I want it to be. A signing bonus of 5 or 10k would make me feel so much better (obviously) but it would put me right where I want to be for salary this year. I got a call from KPMG HR for the role of Associate consultant in research team, When she asked me about the expected ctc, I think I quoted less than the market standards but since I am underpaid currently so the amount I quoted was 40-45% hike on my fixed. I have experience of 2.9years
Can anybody please suggest if I clear their interviews will they consider increasing CTC from whatever I quoted becase upon searching for ACon roles they pay much higher than what I quoted.

I have got an offer from Deloitte for 14LPA as a consultant. But my current organisation is trying to retain me by giving me a raise and promoting me to SSE with 11 LPA they have also promised to give me more interesting work according to my will. For now I have said yes to my current organisation. What should I do? Was this a correct decision?

Is now a good or bad time to move? I’m a financial analyst with 5 YOE (3 in manufacturing, 2 in Saas). I’ve been asking for promotion for almost a year now in my current company. Finally, my new manager and all the leaders on the team are supportive of my promotion. However, he said due to budget issue, my promotion probably won’t go thru during this cycle (August), but they will make sure it go thru in Feb ’23.
