How long do you guys wait until reaching out after an interview to check status? Interviewed at a HF 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard anything.

Anyone worked for or interviewed with or dealt with ACA Financial / Freedom Mortgage? (Very strange interview process and I’m getting the feeling I’m not even dealing with HR, but bots). Any experience or opinions?

What’s everyone’s thoughts on applying to several different positions within the same company? I’m looking at about 4 each with different focuses but mainly revolving around data analytics or entry level project analyst/coordinator. A friend of mine said it’s not a good look as it shows the company that you’re desperate. I really disagree, I feel it’s in your best interest to apply as many as you feel qualified for. Any thoughts?

I moved to the Netherlands 3 months ago on a spouse visa. Was working with EY-P earlier. I have been applying to jobs and giving interviews but for some reason things are not working out. There’s nothing like waking up to a call on August 1 from my district coordinator telling me that they want to move me from my middle school resource room SpEd position (which I love) to K-5 Setting 3 SpEd position. I told her all the reasons that won’t work for me and even gave her another idea that would require a non-licensed teacher to be moved so I could take her place at the hs. I am about to pay for the AUD and FAR exams but before I do I have a few questions. So once I pay, does that mean I still may have a few weeks before I get my NTS? Taking L3 of CFA in June but not sure how much more of this useless CAPM & Portfolio Mgmt. pseudoscience I can stomach; doing out of boredom but no wonder this credential isn't taken very seriously

Is it worth being leveled down to join FAANG? currently an SFA on a path to manager in another 12-18 months at mid tier F500. Worth it to be down leveled to FA level (financial analyst) to have Meta, Amazon Etc on your resume?
