How long does HR take to come back with results after second round of interview ?

Anyone have good recommendations for a recruiter in Tampa Florida? 2 year attorney already feel trapped in ID but don’t know what else to do. Every recruiter that reaches out to me is for an ID role.

I haven't received any interview calls been 2-3 months now, my profile itself is not getting shortlisted for some reason. My NP-90 days in Naukri and LinkdIN. I get some calls from HR asking about my details but then they say I will talk to my tech lead and get back to you if your resume get shortlisted.

Sigh... Situation is messed up atm. Not sure how to make my first career switch.

I interviewed with Citi's internal audit last week and they said after the interview was over I would hear back next week. So far, crickets. I kind of need a job right now. The jobs site still says "business review" as far as application status goes.

Hi All,
In the HR discussion, we both agreed on 30L CTC (10% Variable) and 1L joining bonus. But later after 2-3 days when they need to release the offer, HR is saying they got the approval for 28L CTC(10% variable) and 2L joining bonus.

Should I take that offer and look for other options or straight forward reject the offer and then look for other options?

Also, according to this behaviour of the HR, is it good behaviour?
