How long does the hiring process at ICON Plc plc usually take? I had my prescreening interview two weeks ago, and the HR contacted me for additional details, mentioning that they would get back to me. After following up, I was informed that they would check and respond soon.

It's becoming frustrating to be kept waiting in this manner. If the decision is not to proceed with the hiring, it would be appreciated if candidates could be notified, allowing them to explore other opportunities.

Shall learn new courses like AWS... its totally different from my experience I am not sure it will help to my career.
