It really just depends. Most of the time it's within a week, although it can stretch past that depending on the position. The timing as well, for that matter. We don't have anything in the pipeline right now, but if we were to conduct a final round tomorrow or Monday, we most likely would not be getting back to anyone until after the holiday.
It’s within 2 weeks, usually just one week. At the final round stage, we are prepared to move quickly.
It depends on the company's needs and how soon that role needs to be filled. At a previous employer budget and timeline was determined before the posting went live. As soon as we found a hire-they typically were brought on within the next two week pay cycle. The offer went out and they had 7 days to accept or decline.
